How Pickup Works (Easy as Pop-In, Pop-Out!)

We built our new pickup container in downtown Putnam to make getting your party gear as easy and stress-free as possible. No waiting, no rushing, no guessing — just grab your items, get your party started, and enjoy the whole weekend.
Below is a quick walkthrough of how the pickup process works. (Don’t forget to watch the video — it shows everything step-by-step!)
1. Book Your Rentals
Reserve your items online in just a few clicks.
Choose your tent, tables, chairs, or bounce house, pick your date, and check out — all right on our website.
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll prep everything for your pickup at our Poppin Off Pickup Container in downtown Putnam.
No calls, no waiting. Just book, pay, and you’re set.
2. Receive Your Access Code
Once your order is ready, you’ll automatically receive a unique QR code and door access code.
This unlocks your container door and tells you exactly which bay your items are stored in.
No lines. No hassle. Just scan and go.
3. Arrive at the Pickup Container
Head to our Poppin Off Pickup Container in downtown Putnam.
Look for the big branded blue container with the logo — trust us, you won’t miss it.
The pickup hours are flexible so you can swing by when it works best for you.
4. Scan, Unlock, and Load Up
Walk up to your assigned door, scan your QR code at the lock, and the door will pop open.
Inside, you’ll find all your rentals clean, organized, and ready to go.
Our containers are camera-monitored, weather-proof, and lit inside for easy loading.
Grab your gear, load your car or truck, and you’re officially ready to pop off for the weekend.
5. Enjoy Your Event All Weekend Long
Every rental is yours for the whole weekend.
No rushing to return it the same day — take your time, enjoy your event, and relax.
6. Return Your Rental
On Sunday evening or Monday morning, bring your items back to the same container.
Return your items to the assigned bay, close the door, and you’re done — we’ll automatically be notified that everything is back.
You’ll get a friendly “Thank you!” message after drop-off.
