Poppin Off Party Rentals – Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be as fair as possible while also protecting the time, labor, and equipment reserved specifically for your event.
Deposits
  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your rental date and equipment.
  • Deposits go toward reserving inventory, scheduling staff, and preparing equipment.
Cancellations by Customer
  • 7+ days before your event:
    • You may receive a refund of payments made minus the non-refundable deposit, or
    • Choose to apply your payment as a credit toward a future event (valid for 12 months).
  • Less than 7 days before your event:
    • No refunds will be issued due to scheduling, preparation, and lost booking opportunities.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
    • No refunds or credits will be provided.
Weather Policy
  • Rentals will not be refunded due to weather (including rain, wind, or temperature).
  • We recommend having a backup plan such as tent coverage.
  • In cases of severe or unsafe weather, we may offer a reschedule credit at our discretion.
Delivery & Setup
  • Once delivery or setup has begun, no refunds will be issued.
  • If access to the delivery location is unavailable at the scheduled time, it will be treated as a completed delivery.
Customer Pickup Orders
  • If a customer fails to pick up their rental during the scheduled pickup window, no refunds will be issued.
  • Late returns may result in additional charges.
Equipment Issues
  • If equipment is unusable due to a fault on our end, we will provide a partial or full refund for the affected item only.
  • Refunds do not apply to unused items due to customer preference or event changes.
Rescheduling
  • One complimentary reschedule may be offered with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
  • Additional reschedules may incur a fee.
Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
