By placing an order with Poppin Off Party Rentals, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings & Payments
All rentals must be booked online.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and equipment.
Full payment is required before delivery or pickup.

Rental Period
Rentals are typically Friday drop-off and Monday pickup, unless otherwise stated.
Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear.

Delivery & Pickup
Delivery times are estimated windows, not guaranteed arrival times.
Customers must provide clear and safe access to the delivery location.
Inaccessible locations or missed deliveries are considered completed service and are non-refundable.

Setup
We set up tents and bounce houses only.
Tables, chairs, and other items are delivered drop-off only unless explicitly stated.

Use of Equipment
Equipment must be used safely and only for its intended purpose.
Adult supervision is required at all times for inflatables.
Customers are responsible for the equipment during the rental period.

Weather Policy
Rentals are not refundable due to weather.
Severe or unsafe weather may qualify for a reschedule credit at our discretion.

Damage, Loss & Cleaning
Customers are responsible for loss, theft, excessive cleaning, or damage beyond normal wear.
Repair, replacement, or cleaning fees may apply.

Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Liability
Poppin Off Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from equipment use.
Customers assume all responsibility during the rental period.
